7) Why book hotels through you if I can get them online?

Show Answer

True, you can book hotels online … but big booking engines have limitations. They enforce a very rigorous cancellation policy, they don’t know the good rooms from bad ones, often breakfast isn’t included, and there is no human being to take responsibility. We at Shin Tours know the hotels and offer you 24/7 personalized customer service. We’ll work to get you a better rate than the Internet and free upgrades wherever possible.

8) Is lunch included on your day trips?

Show Answer

We eat lunch as a group in authentic, modern chic restaurants, carefully preselected by Shin Tours staff. The cost of your lunch is not included in the tour price.

9) I have limited mobility. Are your tours suitable for me?

Show Answer

Just let us know in advance and we will arrange to accommodate you. We even have a special scooter to take you around the Old City.
